Fantastic work quality at a very fair price. Paul was punctual and even took the time to explain the process of what he's doing so I could learn about my house in the process. He took so much care in his work and in my home, making sure he didn't make a mess and cleaned up after he was done the job. I've worked with quite a few plumbers before, and Paul is the first who didn't try to up-charge or up-sell me on products and services that I didn't need or asked for. To me, that speaks volumes of his character. I'm absolutely going to call him for my plumbing needs again.

In recent years we’ve not had a contractor come out on time once. Mr. Paul and his plumbing colleague showed up at 12:30pm on the dot, as promised for our same day service. They finished our job within an hour, solved our drain issue, and were extremely professional and reasonably priced. 10/10. We will hire again if needed in the future.
