- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are structured in a way where you get a fair quote for an exceptional service. Currently, new customers get my new customer discount and existing customers who send a referral get 25% off their next event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client and the audience that I am working with. What’s the age of the crowd, where is everyone from and what culture do they all share. This is important because it determines how I prepare my experience and music for the event. I like to consult with the customer and get a good feel of what they what from me and what they what the night to be like. Music is a small fraction of what I do and the whole event is an experience that the music accentuates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from all different age groups and cultural backgrounds. My sound is very flexible and adaptive. I have done community events for DC government, upscale weddings, backyard cookouts and various lounges/ clubs.
