- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide Military, student, and repeat customer discounts. Technician Visit fee and equipment pickup fees may be waived based on location. All fixed-price jobs require a $50 diagnostic fee, which will be waived upon successful completion of that job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we work out the details of your request, we will obtain the needed information to create your work ticket, and schedule your appointment. We will also follow-up with a message the morning of any scheduled appointment to confirm that nothing has changed and that the appointment will take place as scheduled.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
