Tell your customers the truth. You promised to repair my compressor. The fan is not rolling and you insisted on taking 800 dollars. I am using emergency heat. I also paid 700 for compressor that is not working. You all came to my house without consent, after I told you to wait for me to call you before 11 am. You were there before I called you. I regret ever picking your company. I am using emergency heat. I will leave it to God to judge. 1500 wasted in this bad time.
