Communication was great, the tech seemed to know what he was talking about and was reliable and responsive. That said, the fridge was not able to be fixed, and I have to get a new fridge. This is after spending many hundreds on parts and labor trying to fix it. So while the repair didn’t get done, and it was a lot of money, I would hire this company again.

My experience with Vex was great. The technician communicated very responsively, did a great job in diagnosing the problem, and didn't try to upsell us on a solution that wouldn't work. He noted that our refrigerator computer board was bad and the part was no longer available. He offered that refurb units could be found if we wanted to do that ourselves. Great experience from start to finish.

Amazing!! Fixed an issue we were having with our fridge in about two hours, within 18 hours of me contacting them. Another company had "ghosted" us, and never got back to us. Highly reccomend!!!
