- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 5% discounts on a repeat customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will expect the new customer to have documents I can work with, e.g. soft copy of financial statement, records of transactions e.g Bank Statements, or credit card statements, Customers should have a Quickbooks online subscription so I can be added as your Accountant, to be able to do your bookkeeping remotely, For Tax Preparation, customers should have documents like W2 if they are an employee, 1099 if they are self-employed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Accountant for over 8 years. I am a part-Qualified Accountant with ACCA, and currently in my Final year in pursuit of a BSBA Administration, Accounting with Western Governors University. I am proficient in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Excel Spreadsheet,etc.
