Pricing varies according to what product/ form is needed. Pricing can be discussed in detail based on our initial conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical appraisal process: 1. Contact homeowner 2.Gather information about the property 3. Do a preliminary search on the property and the area comparables 4. Inspect the property and answer questions the customer may have 5. Refine the search based on the inspection 6. Write the report and deliver the report to the customer 7. If needed, go through the report with the customer to answer any questions from information they might not understand or have questions about
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed appraiser and have completed all of the required continuing education courses. My license has never been suspended nor have I had to appear in court for any questions concering my appraisals.
