- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Management fee is based on a percentage of the rent. That fee is 8% monthly. If you are currently serving in the military or a Veteran the fee is 7% in appreciation of your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, we then do our research in order to assist in analyzing a fair price for the rental and discuss what we found with you at our formal presentation. Once we have established our working relationship, we begin work, keeping the customer up to date every step of the way. Our goal is to create a worry-free environment for you while providing the help you need and the service you trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team is comprised of members with over 30 years of combined Real Estate and Property Management experience. We have licensed REALTORS who specialize in, and our focus is Residential Management. Our portfolios are comprised of Condominiums, Townhomes, Single Family Homes, and small apartment units. We are educated in the area of Business, Marketing, and Property Management. We continue our real estate and management training by taking licensing courses and attend regular property management training throughout the year. Landlord/Tenant laws are ever-changing, we remain well informed and up to date on all rules and regulations that protect our clients the Landlord, from noncompliance issues, and the possibility of court proceedings.
