Was charged $240 per hour (120 per mover an Hour) even after we discussed on the phone and via the chat on a different price. From the moment we started, the man was complaining about having to go from the loading dock to the elevators because it was “too far”. Then he was struggling to open the back of a uhaul truck so I had to step in to open it myself (a woman). Towards the end, my couch was still in a box and he told me that he couldn’t get it in the apartment, so I had to problems solve so that he could get it in. Other than that the work was done fairly quick. Just know that if someone is paying $600 for 2.5 hrs, they don’t want to hear all that complaining and huffing and puffing about the work you signed up for. Also, please learn to problem solve. Moving is already stressful enough!

These guys were great, came the next day I called. Called them b/c I ordered a new bed frame and the delivery company could not fit it through the first stair case around the corner. They hoisted a bed frame from my balcony on the 2nd floor and up another flight of stairs then built it for me. They worked fast and made sure it was built correctly!
