I contacted Krystal Cleaning to see if they could help me with a move out cleaning. She not only was able to clean the house, but they do carpet cleaning as well. How convenient is that! All I can say is that her team (family) did an outstanding job. I wish I had before and after pictures. Spotless and I was able to get my deposit back from the final inspection! If you are in need of any type of home cleaning, I would recommend Krystal ‘s Cleaning!!

Krystal K. did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. My overall review has to take into account that I purchased the service a year ago. I wanted to have the service come in following some reno work. The work took months longer than expected. I touched base periodically with the service. When I was ready to have the work done we both seemed to have trouble connecting. I initially received a 20% discount for the service. I was told that the cost had increased and though I asked the cost, the inquiry wasn’t answered prior to the service being completed. The women who came were polite and did an excellent job of cleaning the areas I requested. Only one task was missed. At the end of the service I had to remind the office that I’d paid the fee and only owed the difference. I was charged an additional fee that negated the discount. I feel that I should have been charged the higher fee, but maintained the discount, but the work was done. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to discuss this beforehand. Communication could have been better, but the work was fine.

Hi Ms Adrianne thank you for your review you received 20% for the cleaning, every time we scheduled the cleaning you canceled it a year later you scheduled the cleaning again the house was too dirty it was under construction even the price you paid for the cleaning was not a reasonable price the girls took 4 hours to do the cleaning
