Here's what you can expect: Customizable Packages: Whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a large event, we offer customized catering packages to suit your preferences and guest count. No Hidden Fees: All pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g., for staffing, travel beyond a 50-mile radius, or special requests) will be discussed upfront. Discounts: We provide discounts for repeat clients, referrals, and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, early bookings and large events may qualify for special pricing. Cancellations/Changes: We understand plans can change, and we offer flexible options for cancellations or modifications. Any fees for last-minute changes will be communicated ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Here’s how we typically work with new clients: Initial Consultation: We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your event details, budget, and specific needs. Whether it’s a call, virtual meeting, or in-person, we’ll work around your preferences. Customized Estimate: Based on our discussion, we’ll provide a detailed estimate that includes menu options, pricing, and any additional services. The estimate is fully customizable to meet your needs. Menu Tasting (Optional): For larger events or when requested, we offer a tasting session to give you a firsthand experience of our dishes before finalizing the menu. Contract and Deposit: Once you’re satisfied with the estimate, we’ll secure the event with a signed contract and deposit. We also offer flexible payment plans if needed. Event Coordination: As the event approaches, we’ll stay in close contact to confirm the final guest count, special dietary requirements, and any last-minute adjustments. Day of Event Execution: Our team will arrive on-site promptly, handle all setup and food service, and ensure everything runs smoothly. For full-service events, we also manage cleanup and staffing. Post-Event Follow-up: After the event, we’ll follow up to ensure everything exceeded your expectations and to gather any feedback for future improvements.
