My overall experience was fantastic. When he showed up he got right to work and kept me informed of the process. He was professional and did wonderful work. My carpet was ripped up because of water damage. He took such care in his work and my carpet looks just as it did before the incident occurred. I would definitely not only use him again if I needed, but I would be happy to refer him as well. You will not be disappointed.
