- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum of 3 hours per project and weekdays only. If you need to cancel you must do so within 24hrs via text or thumbtack messaging app. If less than 24hrs notice you are required to pay half of the scheduled hours. If paying for parking is required, I ask that the client include that in their payment. Finally, if you would like that I take donation items away, I charge an extra $30 per every 5 bags.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically text with a new client and ask for a few pictures of the space to see what I am working with. From there we decide together if I need to send links for organizational items to purchase and have ready. If the client requests a phone call or face time I am happy to do that at a scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nurse by education but mom by training.
