Hired for a pc case swap. $3500 PC now is not working. PC won't boot. He came unprepared and didn't have the right tools. During the transfer he dropped multiple pieces of my pc... including my brand new 7900xtx... then end when he couldn't get my pc to work he said " well good luck with that" and then commented he won't charge me full price. Completely unreasonable, never have I met a more incompetent PC tech. I learned my lesson going forward, will never hire this guy again. See pictures of how he left my pc.

I am sorry but I came with all my tools to perform the job. I double-checked to ensure that everything was connected. It's possible that your power supply has failed. I asked you if you had a paperclip so I could test the power supply, but you said you didn't have one. So you advised me that you would take it to someone to get it diagnosed. And yes I said good luck with that. Meaning I did all I could with it at that time.

60.00 for any pc repair if no data is needed to be backedup, before reinstall windows if necessary 100.00 for any pc repair (which include anything from 1 meg to 2 gig of data to be backed up before reinstall windows if necessary) 120.00 for any pc repair (which include anything over 2 gig of data to be backed up before reinstall windows if necessary)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call and introduce myself (Antonio Green), try to gather as much information from customer before arriving onsite. such as what exactly is the issue with machine, what version of windows do they have. Do the customer needs files backed up just in case windows need to be installed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Comptia A+ cerfified and MOS (Microsoft Office specialist) certified with 25 years experience in PC repair
