As I am very happy about the actual closet inserts that were put in, I am not happy about the condition my walls were left in after removing the old closet equipment. I was ensured during the contract signing portion of this agreement that my walls would be patched and smooth where old closet equipment was removed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After spending 4.5 thousand dollars on my new closet I now have to hire someone else to patch the walls. I reached out to my sales person who assured me she would get back to me in a day or two about it but I never heard back. This is a big disappointment and would have been factored into my decision to go with this company in the first place had I known this extreme of wall damage would be left behind after the job was done.
