Hi, my name is Jasmine. I am a licensed social worker and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. I believe wellness should be simple as possible. That's why I created ASAP Wellness Community, LLC. I wanted a space to show folks how simple it is to invest in ourselves and our well-being. So, I invite you to join me as we explore movement, mental health, and mindfulness through yoga, breathwork, and self-care. Together we will learn how wellness enhances our daily lives. The goal is to tap into the simplicity of wellness and make it something we can incorporate through daily practice. We can work together to create a wellness program tailored to your needs. I look forward to working with you. My offerings range from the following and can be in-person or virtual: 1) 1 on 1 Yoga session 2) Group Yoga session 3) Meditation Classes 4) Professional Development or Training (yoga, social-emotional learning (SEL), mental health, self-care) 5) Events I have experience working with all ages, abilities, and body types.
