Excellent work by Rob from Trevor Technical Solutions on a home networking project. Rob set up 6 different Ethernet outlets for us, providing all the equipment needed to get wired internet throughout the house. The cable was pre-existing but had never been connected to outlets or the router, and Rob identified and labeled all the cables, installed new outlets, and tested everything. While he was here he also did an impeccable job mounting a tv and sound bar. Very knowledgeable technically and had thoughtful recommendations for all aspects of the project based on how we planned to use the products.

Rob was accessible, accommodating, professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and effective. This process could not have gone better. I contacted Rob to assist me with ideas for an upgrade to my home network. He provided me with a number of options, clearly explained each option to my wife and I, and was pretty easy to schedule, given that a lot of homes are retrofitting their networks these days due to the COVID work from home phenomenon. He did not try to upsell me or provide me with options that may have been overkill, just what it might take to get the job done, and then if I wanted to expand, he had plans for that too. Rob and his assistant were punctual on the day of work. They reviewed the project with me, took a second tour to be sure of what we intended to do, and got to work. They were thorough, courteous, and efficient. Again, I could not have asked for a better experience. I would have zero hesitation in hiring Rob again to expand/update my network even further. In fact, I requested additional information on what plans for that might look like.
