FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide customers with a durable, high-quality roof at a competitive and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, concerns, and budget. Then, I conduct a thorough roof inspection to assess its current condition, identify issues, and determine the best solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in roofing by working with my father, and from a young age, I was out on job sites, learning the trade firsthand. At first, I was just helping with simple tasks—cleaning up, carrying materials, and watching how things were done. But over time, I started learning the skills myself, from installing shingles to handling more complex repairs. Working with my father taught me not just the technical side of roofing but also the importance of doing quality work and building strong relationships with customers. That foundation is what led me to continue in the industry and eventually take on bigger projects of my own.
