- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a two-hour minimum fee. If the job takes longer than 2 hours, we bill additional time in 30-minute increments. Our prices are fair and reasonable, one of the best in the market! We look forward to serving you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ACL Inspects process for working with new customers is easy and simple. You explain to us what needs fixing, we get your contact information (Email, Phone Number and Address), and then we quote you based off of your requests and attached photos of areas needing work. Our team of friendly and professional dispatchers will answer any requests within a few minutes. We then schedule you with one of our skilled and professional technicians who will arrive at your location based on your availability (date and time). We complete all of our jobs with fast, friendly and satisfactory customer service.
