FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Mediator’s fee is $220 per mediation session, which covers a duration of 2 hours and is paid prior to the session's scheduled date, after all disputants sign a consent-to-mediate form agreeing to attend the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All disputants must agree to participate in mediation. The disputant that contacts me will receive a free phone consultation to discuss the conflict from their perspective. They may be asked questions to help me gain clarity about the situation. I will then contact the other disputant free of charge to invite them to mediation. If all disputants agree to attend, a mutually convenient time for the mediation will be scheduled. After all parties sign a consent-to-mediate form via DocuSign or Adobe Sign agreeing to attend mediation, the payee submits the $220 mediation fee. If the mediation is being conducted virtually, a Zoom link is then sent to the disputants emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1) 50 hours of mediation training from CMM 2) Parent plan training from CMM 3) Certified by the National Association of Certified Mediators 4) Facilitation certificate from Soliya.
