I had a pleasant experience with Matt when I had a problem with my work laptop. He responded promptly and showed me the parts needed to be ordered. He picked up my laptop and the parts from home for repair. When other issues came up which were not anticipated initially, he advised me and ordered the parts at the most reasonable price. Matt kept me informed every step of the way when assessing best plan for repairing my laptop and offered a couple of repair options to choose from. A few years ago. Matt did a superb job on setting up my new new compute, printer etc. I knew if I ever needed computer service, I’d reach out to Matt again. Sure enough, I did. I needed computer service again and I reached out to Matt again. He responded quickly and I explained what was going on with my computer. I sent photos and he knew exactly what the problem was. He came over the following day and solved the problem! Matt is kind, genuine and takes the time to explain the issues.Don’t bother searching around for computer techs, Matt is the best tech guru!

After a less than desirable interaction with another IT pro on thumbtack I happened to come across Matt's profile. Not only was he prompt in reaching out about my hard-drive issues but he displayed clear knowledge and didn't dismiss my questions or concerns about my data transfer. During the appointment he ran into an issue with my computer's encryption but instead of telling me it couldn't be done he researched the problem, walked me through next steps, and returned the next day to finish the job after my device decrypted. I'm very impressed with the nature of the service I was provided and definitely recommend this Matt & his company. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
