- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $90 diagnostic fee plus cost of repairs. The diagnostic fee is to find out what the problem is so we can then find out what the solution to fix the problem will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information as possible from the new client about the problem they are calling about. Then all we need is the address of the location you are calling about and a good contact number to set your appointment. Our goal is to fix your hvac system as efficiently as possible.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A special project our team was able to recently complete was the installation of an entirely new HVAC set up for a church. The building was only using window AC units and electric baseboard heaters. We were able to do a load calculation to properly size the unit needed to cool and heat the space. Went over options with customer and went with the best fit for their needs/budget. After installation we made sure customer was satisfied with the new equipment and aware how to control it. The project was completed in a few days.
