We had some ripples in our carpet and it needed restreching and shampoo cleaning.Jose gave a quote right away, and said he was available to do it soon. He is very good at his work and took time to do the job efficiently with help. We would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to do Carpet restreching or cleaning to go with Jose.

Needed carpet stretched in three different rooms currently in use. Jose Ventura responded promptly and arrived on time for his appointment. Attention to detail in completing all work was excellent. Agreed to additional repair request for nearly no cost. Easily the best choice among the competitors who were charging much more and included additional charges of $50 per room for any furniture that required moving.

José and his crew did an AMAZING job! He was always on time and finished the job on time as well. We even needed some repair work done to one of our rooms and he was able to keep the existing hardwood in place! This was really important as this is a historical home. I would definitely hire him again!

Pricing may vary depending on the size of the job. An official price is given after I make an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for customer information such as their name, address, phone number, and email. Then I ask for the kind of work they desire and permission to get the measurements in square feet or square yards of the requested area. Square feet is for tile and wood, square yards is for carpet and vinyl. After the measurements are complete, I send my estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Union School for Carpeting for 3 years. I have 30 years of experience working with any kind of flooring.
