I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY INVOICE AND THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION OF THE REASON WHY MY BASEMENT WALL LEAKED! AFTER PAYING A LOT OF MONEY ($2,500) THIS GUY HAS A LOT OF REASONING THAT HE SENT THE EMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES WITH MY INVOICE AND THAT THE FOLLOWING DAY THE PROBLEM WAS MY EMAIL. IT’S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HIM TO KEEP ME HANGING KNOWING THAT I REQUESTED FOR THE DOCUMENT AND MY INVOICE. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AT BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE IT IS MY RIGHT TO GET A RECEIPT OR INVOICE AND DOCUMENTATION AS OF WHY MY BASEMENT HAD LEAK. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS GUY ANYMORE!

After 4 months, realized columns were installed improperly and taking water in at the top of columns. Josue will not return calls, texts or emails. Went to his business address twice, he would not come out. Took 5 days for the rainwater to drain from columns! And of course this damages the columns. Cost of columns $2300! I am filing a claim.

I send my crew there twice to repair something the you decided to do because I recommended I mention before we start the job those columns needs rain cup you refuse as to do it because you say will lose the design I have that on the contract you sing I still send me crew there with out charging you . and you have my number call me any time if you still having problems I will be more then happy to get it repair but I know for sure this not happened again because is done the right way. you still have 7 more months of warranty. thank you.

Very nice however he does not come on the scheduled appointment time. He was hired to perform a drywall job. The job was to replace the drywall in the hallway of the living room, bedroom and bathroom. His quote was for $1800+. We approved the job and later found out he just painted the areas that were to be replaced. I told him and he said his worker said they replaced it. He then sent the workers out again to replace the drywall and they cut little slots out the drywall and replaced that area. Certainly NOT $1800 worth of work. BEWARE!! Filing a claim against them
