Brandon from Bug Ninjas did a phenomenal job today. He was able to fit me in same day. Arrived promptly and removed a softball size, wasp nest growing inside a decorative lantern on my front porch. Brandon did a phenomenal job helping out with my situation. For five days, I've been dealing with a critter running through the ceiling in my basement every daytime. The Squirrel got into my townhouse through the dryer vents outside. Many pest companies told me they couldn't help because it was a Squirrel, and since it wasn't in the attic, they wouldn't be able to help me. Brandon, on the other hand, was very responsive and helpful with the situation. He responded to my message promptly, and when I explained the issue I had, he was ready to help me out in all ways possible. He checked the HVAC vents and the exterior dryer vents with a camera to look for signs of activity. Then set up ways to try and get the critter out of the vents/HVAC system. Finally, in less than 24-hours, the animal was caught. Overall, I am glad I contacted him, and I was able to work with someone dedicated to helping me out with this issue when most people told me since it isn't in the attic, they can't help. Brandon also offered to help release the critter so I wouldn't have to go through the troubles of doing it on my own. If you have a Squirrel in your vents, he is the person to call! In the pictures, you will see the trap for the critter and the dryer vent the Squirrel came out of.
