I'm not big on writing reviews unless I get exceptional service. El came to my father's nursing home to help me help him sign a legal document and get it notarized. The thing is my father is blind! El was not only professional, but more than anything she was accommodating and warm at the same time. Usually this process is just you sign they notarize and that's it. But El allowed me time to get my father prepared as well as help him. She also was warm and explaining she understands the struggle that I deal with as a caretaker and encouraging. It's good when you can get what you need done, but it's even better when it's done with such a warm and welcoming person. I would recommend El to any and everyone that needs a mobile notary!
