- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer service members and veterans 10% discounts for their services, and I offer new customers 5% discounts for their services. I offer competitive pricing and service call fees will be deducted from the total cost for the project.

Customer service is my highest level of passion and as a professional this is how I leverage my experience and knowledge to provide solutions for my customers. I provide high quality communication, high level of support , and skilled and professional service.
