Mr. Samuels of JES Appliance Repair was the ultimate in service. He responded immediately and arrived in a very timely manner. He knew exactly what he needed to do and went right to work , explaining what needed to be done and why. He was very friendly and thorough. My refrigerator is old and needs a new gasket, which will have to be ordered, but Mr. Samuels got my refrigerator working again to resolve the immediate problem.

My washing machine had stopped draining properly. My clothes were soaked. I needed the machine fixed immediately. I live in downtown Annapolis, MD. It was a beautiful Saturday in October. There was a Navy game. The town was jammed. Parking was a real challenge. James Samuels of JES Appliance came to my rescue. James assessed the problem, calibrated the machine, and after 20 minutes ,fixed the problem. I would definitely hire JES again. Many technicians won’t even come to Annapolis on the weekends, especially if there is a Navy game. But James did. He is the best, Sincerely, Judi Jones, Annapolis
