Lal arrived at 7:55 after I first reached out around 7:15 pm about a loud drumming noise coming from behind our washing machine. This quick response alone was impressive. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and took the time to explain everything he was trying to fix our issue. He found a solution in less than an hour and offered suggestions for ways to prevent future issues. We will definitely reach out to Lal again for future plumbing needs!
