- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere, depending on the class and number of participants. I do research the average costs for classes in every geographic area in which we teach, and I price accordingly. From what previous clients have told me, our prices are usually the most economical. Not always, but we do our best. I want to make a living, don't want to be greedy, and value repeat business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I guess the process could best be summed up as simply "being flexible." Each customer is different, so I approach each new client with a clean slate and work with them to best meet their training needs.
