Technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and the service was reasonably priced. I had no heat but they repaired my furnace within thirty minutes. I will definitely use them again.

AC stopped working late afternoon, sent a call for service in the wee hours next morning. At 5:30 a received a text from Cascade, then at 7:00 a phone call from Erik to inform me that a team was on the way. They arrived at 8:30 and quickly identified the problem as a failed capacitor. The capacitor was replaced, the AC started cooling again, the team departed a little after 9:00. I greatly appreciated the response and quick repair, especially since the house temperature was 85 and it was going to be another hot day. The repair team was professional and courteous.

My heat had gone out during our very cold weather. Eric was able to come out the same day. He didn’t have the exact part but he had something that would work for a few days while he got the right part. Thankfully we had heat back. He came back out after two days and installed the correct part. Very professional and reasonable in price.
