He did an awesome job with hooking up my washer and dryer. There was some old piping and he figured out a way to do it well and to help me save money. I really appreciate what he did and how quickly he came out for the job. I highly recommend using him and I will use him again for any other appliance installations I need!

Alex answered my posting almost immediately after I placed it, and we set up a time for the next day for him to install my dishwasher. He was within the time he said he would be here, let me know a few minutes before when he would be at my house. He knew exactly what to do! Did a great job and what impressed me is that he used a level to make sure my dishwasher was placed exactly where it should have been. He ran the dishwasher to make sure it was working (and as he said, there is always a bit of water in the machine where they test it at the factory and heaven knows how long it has sat there), so he likes to run it and clean it out. He also took away my old Maytag dishwasher. Lastly, he helped explain the set up of this new one to me. I think it is important to know that I had paid Home Depot for installation and haul-away but the first time they came to install it, they said I did not have the tight connector (I did not know any better and had to pay a plumber to fix it), then Home Deport came a second time and still could not install it because they said they needed to turn off my electric to install it, and my breakers were not well identified. Alex came and said he could have installed it without the plumber coming, and he never turned off my electric (there was no need). His cost was less than I paid Home Depot. I got a refund from Home Depot and I will never used them for installation again. I learned my lesson. I will always use Alex (if it is something he can do) and he said I could call and ask questions. I have always had good luck with Thumbtack and this experience was no different. I will definitely use Alex again!

Alex was very professional and did a great job with my kitchen appliances including a new overhead microwave installation. He worked quickly, was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. His prices were also reasonable compared to other options. I would recommend!
