AMAZING CLEANING AND ORGANIZING! I am a busy mom and I needed fast help. Daury and her partner quickly went to work in the short time we had and cleaned our bedroom and bathroom from head to toe. I don't know where to begin! ECA came through at a time when we needed them the most. We were moving out of one place and into another between work, school, a long commute, and just life! Daury and Mary were super sweet and all about business. They came in to do a move-out cleaning and took charge to ensure that we received the services and quality that we needed. They were punctual and really took pride in their work. We are in awe and absolutely grateful for them. I don't usually hire cleaners because I'm particular and like to clean my way. Daury and Mary's cleaning methods, products, and the time they spent put my mind at ease instantly. If you're unsure about hiring a cleaning company, here's your confirmation to do it! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking our Custumers, what services the client needs, then we remember to make an estimate and then we schedule a date for the day of its cleaning and how often you want it! We use natural products free of toxic chemicals that guarantee the health and well-being of our customers, also providing good disinfection, brilliant cleaning and free of bacteria!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, but since 2013 I have dedicated myself to the cleaning service, I acquired practical knowledge for the good use of chemical products and deep cleaning details.
