Great customer service! Please do not hesitate to book this professional. CJ was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. But most importantly he was patient. CJ explained to me the details of his work as he went along. He did an excellent job with repairing AND updating my computer. After completion, CJ walked me through all the new features. He was also able to locate and retrieve my Microsoft account. CJ was available in person as well as remotely to assist. I will be reaching out to you CJ for all of my computer needs. Additionally, I will be referring you to others. Thank you so much again CJ. I love my computer even more now!
