- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My event rates begin at $300 for a 2 hour weekend rental (give or take depending on the client's needs, duration of event, amount of guests and distance traveled) then it is $100 per hour thereafter. *** I will consider one hour events if within 25 miles of Kent Island.** If less then 50 guests I do unlimited prints for FREE! I offer a 10% discount for events in Anne Arundel & Queen Annes Counties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I look at their needs and desires for the type of event they are hosting. ie: do they need a photo book/scrapbook to keep a copy of the pictures? What is their theme for the party? How can I design the photo strip to match the party/celebration? I also like to check the load in situation, are there stairs and what floor the party will be held on and parking situation .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always enjoyed working with events and events planning. I have done promotions, showcases, concerts and holiday party planning and set up since the year 2000.
