- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable and affordable. We never over charge, and the products and brands we use range from low to high so that the customer can feel comfortable with pricing, value, and warranty included with material and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a day and time for one of our representatives to come out to the property to give a free estimate on paper and through email and answer any questions the home owner might have. If the home owner decides to move forward with our company we would set up a day and time to collect a deposit that covers the material and get a contract signed as well as showing samples of shingles so the home owner can choose brand and color. After a contract is signed and deposit is given we order the material and call them the next day giving them an install date. Once the work is done we collect final payment in the end and do a walk through to make sure customer is satisfied as well as doing a magnet sweep to make sure all nails are picked up from the yard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews and salesman go through training and certifications to preform their work. Our crews know the rules and regulations for installing and our salesman have the knowledge on pricing, brands, and are certified for our brands we use as well as the crews.
