I take deposits and work with you on a payment schedule that works best with your schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collecting as much information as possible to insure that your dog has the most of his/her staycation. Such as making sure all guests are up to date on their vaccinations, in good health and have proper tick and flea treatment. Noting feeding and meditation schedules, getting verified emergency contact information and other relevant information related to his/her stay.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by helping my coworkers that traveled for work and didn’t have anyone at home to care for their dogs as well as I’ve always had my own dogs that enjoyed the huge backyard that were happy to make new friends. Once I retired, I continued to watch my now ex coworkers pets, along with family, friends and referrals.
