Thank you for choosing T’s Happy Dogs Boarding, we are a full time. insured, low volume boarder with 13 years of experience providing a stimulating, secured, safe, clean, smoke free, air conditioned and fun loving environment in a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of outdoor activities to keep paw guests of all sizes & ages engaged with our youngest being 2 months old and our oldest at 18 1/2 years old.
We provide the following:
Virtual & or in person meet & greets so that you can see where your pup will be staying
hourly potty breaks
short and long term care
Food (chicken & rice kibble)
dog treats (milk bone)
food bowls, water bowls and slow feeders
beds, blankets and crates for sleeping
plenty of exercise
most of all love, cuddles and belly rubs
Services provided at an additional cost:
Pick up and drop off (dogs under 40lbs)
private boarding ensuite for 1 dog or family at a time
Complete book out to host your pet(s) only
Constant care
Special Care for delicate seniors
Pre and post minor surgery recovery care
Our lawn is very healthy and grassy, well maintained and serviced bi-weekly with nontoxic and pet friendly sprays for Tick, Flea & Mosquitoes. Boarding/Daycare areas are cleaned daily and outdoor wastes are removed and discarded immediately into biodegradable waste bags.
Our clients are from PA to Northern Virginia and every where in between that travel to us as we're local to 3 major airports and Port Terminal:
15 mins to Baltimore Washington INTL Airport
60 mins to Dulles International Airport
45 mins to Regan International Airport
25 mins to Port of Baltimore
Our goal is for all of our guests to feel safe, loved, and to have a great time while allowing them to be sociable at their own pace (can provide separate spaces and activities if needed). Although most of our guests get along with another as most have been coming here for years and have made lasting friendships, I do listen to parents if they tell me that they prefer their dog to be alone or not to play with others then that’s exactly what we do. We will never throw any of our guests together and say OK go play nice. If you would like for your dogs to be introduced to others to socialize, we introduced one at a time on leash. We have the availability to host and provide for your dog(s) separately with our rotating routine.
*All Guests must provide a copy the following up to date vaccinations:
Rabies
Bordetella
Distemper
We do understand that some veterinarians due to your dog being allergic to some vaccinations or do to age, we do take that into consideration and can provide a separate area for your pup.
*some adult breeds may not be accepted to board with other guests due to restrictions with our boarding insurance policy (can book us out alone)
* No dogs over 130lbs
🐾2 night boarding minimum
*all reservations are on a first come basis, dates are ONLY guaranteed with a deposit or full payment.
*although we accept last minute bookings (when available) a scheduling fee may be added for sane day drop offs
+ cancellation policy is as follows:
Must cancel within 10 days of your start date
All bookings are nonrefundable, but You will receive a credit for future dates -25% deposit/booking fee. For holiday bookings it will be -35% deposit/booking fee.
Credit can be used up to 90 days from the cancellation date.
