T’s Happy Dogs Boarding is a in home full time insured low volume boarder with 16 years experience providing a stimulating, secured, safe, clean, smoke free and fun loving environment in a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of outdoor activities to keep paw guests of all sizes & ages engaged and entertained. We provide the following: daycare hourly potty breaks short and long term care puppy to senior care minor surgery recovery care a private dog suite meals (dry puppy pedigree Kibble only) dog treats (milk bone) disposable food and water bowls plenty of exercise for high energy dogs lots of love, cuddles and belly rubs Our lawn is very healthy and grassy, well maintained and serviced bi-weekly with nontoxic and pet friendly sprays for Tick, Flea & Mosquitoes. Boarding/Daycare area is cleaned daily and outdoor wastes are removed and discarded immediately into biodegradable waste bags. My local clientele ranges from Delaware and in between to Northern Virginia. Also guests traveling from out of town so far to date is Tennessee when visiting the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. We’re local to/from these 3 major airports and Port Terminal: 15 mins to Baltimore Washington International 60 mins to Dulles International Airport 45 to Regan International Airport 15 to Port of Baltimore * all guests must be house trained * all guests must be up to date on vaccinations *Bookings are accepted on a case by case basis in order to be in compliance with my dog boarding/daycare insurance policy. *all booking reservations are only guaranteed with a deposit or full payment. *same day booking requests an additional fee will be added. Ms. T is the best! She is extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable which helps put our minds at ease when planning for longer overnight boarding experiences and minimizes any guilt we feel leaving Baxter and Zoey behind when we travel. Both Baxter and Zoey know what “Wanna go to Ms. T’s house?” means and it’s immediate zoomies from both of them! They get so much supervised outdoor free play in the beautiful fenced in yard and lots of TLC when it’s time for resting in the downstairs doggy daycare space. They always get along really well with any other pups that happen to be there, but it’s also great knowing we can trust Ms. T. to make those judgement calls and group the dogs accordingly. We love getting picture and video updates and Ms. T. is very responsive whenever we communicate outside of the scheduled updates. Knowing the pups are living their best puppy lives while we are away really helps us to live our best life as well.

I know some sitters don’t like to board or sit for doodles but I absolutely love them. I think they’re just so much fun and your two are very well-behaved when they’re here. I would have chosen all five likes about T's but it would only let me choose three. T's Happy Dogs Boarding was the best choice that I ever made for my two girls. T's sent me updates as well as pictures of my dogs getting along at the center. I was having a bad time due to the death of my mother and had to leave them for 4 nights. They were happy and made friends; T's did well for me and my dogs. Thank you so much and I really mean that.

I have used T’s Happy Dog Boarding since 2022 and have been very pleased with their services. The owner is very responsive and has accommodated last minute requests for services, which has been very helpful for me. The owner recently provided services after an operation my dog underwent and it was so helpful for me due to what was needed for her care and recovery after surgery. My dog loves it there and I feel satisfied knowing that she feels at home with the owner and the treatment she receives. I will continue to use T’s Happy Dogs Boarding for all my sitting and overnight services until I move from Maryland to another state.

I take deposits and work with you on a payment schedule that works best with your schedule.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collecting as much information as possible to insure that your dog has the most of his/her staycation. Such as making sure all guests are up to date on their vaccinations, in good health and have proper tick and flea treatment. Noting feeding and meditation schedules, getting verified emergency contact information and other relevant information related to his/her stay.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by helping my coworkers that traveled for work and didn’t have anyone at home to care for their dogs as well as I’ve always had my own dogs that enjoyed the huge backyard that were happy to make new friends. Once I retired, I continued to watch my now ex coworkers pets, along with family, friends and referrals.
