Mr Avilar was professional and polite. His price was very competitive. He and his co worker arrived each day and worked 8 hours or more, making good use of time.. The house looked horrible ( 10 years of smoking) and now looks so much better As a single woman I have had contractors take weeks to finish a 3 day job, or not finish af after a large deposit-- take advantage in every way possible. Mr Avelar was great to work with and I highly recommend him
