I’ve been in the pest control business for 17 years and I started Warrior Pest because I knew I could build a better pest control business focused on customer service, quality, and environmentally friendly options. I needed an exterminator for roaches in one of my rental properties. After bombing the house on two separate occasions and still having an issue, it was in my best interest to get a professional to find the source and fix it. I originally booked for Mon but with a last minute cancelation I was able to get the service sooner. Kenneth contacted me enroute, when at rhe property, and provided a thorough breakdown of the service provided and recommendations for source issues. I would recommend.

We have been dealing with I considered a black widow infestation along the exterior of our house. I consider myself a DIYer and normally spray our house myself, but the store bought stuff didn’t seem to bother the black widows. I contacted Kenny (on a Sunday) and he responded in minutes and set up a time slot to come out and rid our home of these pests. The day of he gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away from the house, he arrived right when he said he would, explained what pesticides he would be using and and got to work. We would definitely recommend calling Kenny for all of your bug problems!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitively priced because I am a small business just getting started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get detailed information about your home or business and talk to you about what you are experiencing. I will then offer a free inspection for pests other than bedbugs (fees apply) and an official WDO report for home selling (fees apply). When I perform the inspection I will let you know what I’ve found and what I recommend as far as services as well as prices of those services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Maryland in all categories that we perform in. I am also a Associate Certified Entomologist (most companies do not have an Entomologist on staff)
