I am incredibly impressed by Will's work in my home. He was extremely thorough and attentive, spending about two hours during the initial visit looking for any problems, points of entry, etc. He explained each step along the way. He was very responsive for follow-up work and returned at no extra charge. Will has also reached out to me to check in on how things are going. It's clear that he comes with deep knowledge and experience about pests. I am very satisfied with his work. I have worked with larger companies and was unimpressed by their superficial scans of my home. Will is truly the best exterminator I've ever worked with.
