- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can be completed both on the phone and in-person on site. For on-site pricing a $100 transportation service fee is required prior to the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with a new customer is to collect all information for what the customer is defining the work project requirements of each job. Ensure that all technical questions are answered in full by our master electrician and to finally agree to a contracted project date and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our master electrician holds MD Master License, DC Master License, Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Universal HVAC 608 Refrigeration Certification.
