My passion for dance and physical movement drives me to inspire and motivate those around me to get up and get moving! My mission is to teach and share dance, yoga and fitness with as many people as I can. I have over 15 years of dance experience, and a Bachelors in Dance Performance. I have experience with dancing and teaching Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Ballroom, Latin, Hula, Tahitian, Belly Dancing. I also teach and lead yoga classes, and have several years of experience. I am currently working on furthering my yoga education with an advanced certification! I can guarantee I can make a positive impact on your life through dance, movement and physical fitness! Jessica provided yoga instruction for a bachelorette party that I hosted in St. Michaels, MD. She drove from Annapolis early in the morning to surprise the bride with a morning yoga stretch on the water to get her day started. Jessica communicated very well, stayed in constant contact during the planning, and arrived on time. She provided a great yoga lesson for people with little to no yoga experience, but also made it challenging for those who did. I would hire Jessica again in a heartbeat.

Jessica is an amazing dancer and dance instructor. I am not a great dancer and Jessica made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door! Will be back for more lessons!

Jessica taught my daughter beginner ballet and contemporary and she was wonderful! My daughter had an amazing time, and learned so much about dance and movement. Highly recommended!!

I know you want to learn, but remember dancing should be fun too! Enjoy the whole journey to becoming a great dancer, and pick an instructor that you have fun with as well as learn from :)
