- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individually based with considerations being taken as to the complexity of the itinerary being quoted. We normally provide 3 complimentary preliminary quotes to prospective clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the age of technology, I feel that the personal touch gets lost in cyber space. With that being said, I prefer to have a phone or in-person consultation with my prospective clients so that we can better determine whether we are a good fit for each other. One on one interactions build a strong foundation for myself and the consumer which aids in the building of trust and understanding. With investments such as a hard earned vacation, you deserve to know that your travel professional has your best interest at heart!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Distinctive Vacations is a proud affiliate of Palm Coast Travel which offers various continuing education on every aspect of travel on a daily basis! We attend webinars, familiarization trips and have a large travel support group which helps to ensure we are abreast of all things new with travel! We understand that we are in a world of technology and that GOOGLE could answer just about anything, however, we work to hard to educate ourselves and give our clients real world service and expertise!
