- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are priced by the job and not by the hour. We break down our price by line item, so the customer has transparency with regard to costs for each service requested. Our services are priced based on overhead and difficulty of the project. We always work to delight our customers, no matter the price point. We utilize the latest industry leading professional equipment, detergents and techniques. The value comes from the quality of work that we perform and the guarantee that you will be satisfied with the work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first give an approximate quote based on the scope of the work the customer is requesting. I will then answer any questions the customer may have and schedule a time to arrive to complete the work. The great thing is that the customer does not have to be home, just has to make sure that the exterior water source is accessible and in working condition. Once the work is complete I will call, email or text (as preferred by customer) to let you know the work is complete. I will also send photos of the work before and after so that you have peace of mind that the work was performed properly and to the standards of our agreement. I stand by my work and your complete satisfaction is my goal. If you have any issues that you believe were not addressed by my service that had been agreed upon before work began, I will make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was formally trained as an artist, which gives me a keen eye on aesthetics. I take pride in seeing the details and making sure that the completed result is stunning.
