- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. I offer group discounts. When communicating I ask questions that help me assess an estimate that makes sense. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will investigate what they need to ensure I provide the correct services. I want to ensure I meet or exceed expectations. We discuss what is needed and the time frame/addresses etc. Once we agree on what is needed I provide an estimate and payment details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Notary Association. I am certified in Maryland. I am both a Mobile and Remote Notary.
