- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and transparent. We charge based on the amount of junk and the first ton of weight is included. Extra weight is billed per ton. There are no hidden fees — we confirm the final price before starting. We also offer discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. First, we ask the customer to send us pictures or details of the items. Based on that, we provide a free estimate. Once the customer approves, we schedule a convenient day and time. On the job day, we confirm the price before loading, then haul everything away quickly and leave the area clean. Payment is collected after the job, and we always follow up to make sure you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in junk removal, demolition, and hauling services, gained through years of working directly with customers and projects of all sizes. My training includes proper loading techniques, and disposal according to local regulations. I’ve also excellent customer service and efficient operations.”
