GML services they did an amazing job. I need a cleaning at last min. My mother in law died and I need They did the cleaning the same day. The two cleaners Diana and Sofia they had so much patient with me. I need it throw stuff and I was in their way. They never complain they helped me. I felt like light weight after they finished. I was extremely happy. It was my first time it will be the only cleaners. They send me pictures before and after so I can see the difference

The company was hired to do a move out cleaning service with the addition of cabinets, refrigerator, and baseboard cleaning. While there was a big difference in the before and after, I contacted the manager to let her know that some of the cabinets were still sticky. The top of the refrigerator was dirty, and there was still debris in the carpet after the cleaning service. The managers response was to try to shame me because the apartment was dirty when they got there instead of taking ownership that the job was not complete. The apartment was dirty, that’s why I hired a cleaning service. I would not work with this company again due to the managers response. It was unprofessional. Additionally, they were almost $200 more expensive than the other quotes I received, but since I knew this job required a lot of work I wanted to pay someone a fair price. I do not recommend them solely on the managers poor response to my concern.

Hi Owner, in here. We are grateful that you have hired us for this cleaning. I offer an apology for the inconvenience and the bad time you had. I had talked to the cleaners and the Project Manager to investigate what happened. Your cleaning was $365 for a move-out, with no add-on. Every move-out included baseboards, inside fridge and oven, plus cabinets. A standard cleaning usually is $150-$200. Two cleaners arrived on Sunday (we usually charge extra for holidays and Weekends, and we didn't). The cleaners sent me a video showing me the quality and intensity of the job they had to do. We saw they were rat feces and cockroaches. Our project manager you spoke had made the decision that we should send 3rd cleaner. With 3 cleaners, they stayed 5 hours cleaning the apartment. When we usually take 3 hours at most with 2 cleaners. This time we had to take 2 hours extra for the quality and intense job they had to do. We had sent you videos and pictures every hour about the progress we had made for approval. After 5 hours and 3 cleaners, we called you to let you know we were done. If you can come to do a walk thru and, we will offer to stay extra hours for your arrival. You made it super clear that you will take extra long, you couldn't make it. We still send you finished pictures and videos of the cleaning. That you ended up approving. Later, I see the message of Complaints. I don't justify it, but I hope you understand why we send you a walk-through by picture before and after. The project manager stayed with the cleaners, and she did make sure everything looked better. Kitchen cabinets weren't sticky at all; they had to be cleaned and washed twice. At the end, we sent you the before and after videos and pictures. The top of the fridge was the best my cleaners could've done. For you not being happy with your cleaning, we are offering 10% off on your next cleaning. Thank you so much for choosing us.
