- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep all my pricing below market average. My prices may go up or down due to task difficulty and Type of task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I keep the process very simple. I like for the customer to tell me the job to be performed along with any concerns in addition to preferred date and time. I always respond to message in most cases within two minutes and send ETA when in route to client location and updates on my ETA when there is any delays due to traffic or other issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an electronic technician, so I can fix almost all electronic devices like phones, tablets, and computers. I started doing small task around my house and families friends house over a decade ago and around but I decided to make it my full time 5 years ago.
