- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive, and you will not find prices better than mine that provide service, communication and equipment included. If so, I will match it with proof of Quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself via phone or video call, get to know a bit about you, get information about the event, answer any questions, and Communication. I will over communicate to ensure that the event exceeds expectations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
