Shawanna planned my baby shower, and my son's 1st and 2nd birthday parties. All 3 events turned out beyond expectations. Each theme was carefully thought out and perfectly executed. Shawanna has a very intricate eye for detail, so you can expect everything to be creatively crafted, from the invitations down to the favors. The favors are definitely always one of a kind. My favorite is the balloon arches. Hard to believe they are handmade; they look like something out of a catalog. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Bashes for anyone who is planning an event. It will surely be one to remember.

Everyone loved the balloon arch and columns she made for my baby shower. I can't wait to hire her for my little ones 1st birthday. I told her what I wanted and she delivered with no problems.

She made this cute monkey as an extra. I loved it so much I took it home to put in my sons room. The jungle Arch was amazing and everyone loved it. *The reason the animals didn't sit at the top was because the ceiling was too low and we didn't want the balloons in my face when I was sitting. She wanted to lower it but I assured her it was fine.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages are customized to match your event. Details are provided upon request. We work hard to meet every budget. Balloon Decor is priced and custom packages are available when multiple items are ordered. Ask about our monthly specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An over the phone, 30 minute consultation is needed to get started. If you're interested in booking me, a $150 for full service events. 50% deposit for balloon decor. Favors and Invites balance are due in full upon signing contract and are non refundable due to custom details. Full service events, please give two weeks to provide ideas and to discuss what I've found for you. Contracts are signed after our next call. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposit go toward final balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the Administrative field for over 10 years, I pay very close attention to details. I have been decorating events for 12 years now and have decided to follow through with starting my own business. I have plenty of experience with planning events and am very detailed-oriented.
