- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages are customized to match your event. Details are provided upon request. We work hard to meet every budget. Balloon Decor is priced and custom packages are available when multiple items are ordered. Ask about our monthly specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An over the phone, 30 minute consultation is needed to get started. If you're interested in booking me, a $150 for full service events. 50% deposit for balloon decor. Favors and Invites balance are due in full upon signing contract and are non refundable due to custom details. Full service events, please give two weeks to provide ideas and to discuss what I've found for you. Contracts are signed after our next call. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposit go toward final balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the Administrative field for over 10 years, I pay very close attention to details. I have been decorating events for 12 years now and have decided to follow through with starting my own business. I have plenty of experience with planning events and am very detailed-oriented.
